The use of Cookies

The use of cookies is regulated by the European Parliament and the Board of the European Union through the e-Privacy directive 2002/58/EC.

All EU Member States have transposed this directive into a national legislation. The cookie use and cookie legislation in every European country will thereby be regulated differently.

In Belgium this is done by a modified version of art. 129 of the legislation of June 13, 2005 concerning the electronic communication.
